SUSPENSION

If you don’t have a suspension clause in your employment agreements, you will not be able to suspend an employee should circumstances warrant that. We can assist you with getting a relevant clause that will work for you. Hopefully you won’t need it but if you do, having it in your employment agreement will save stress and additional expense.
