Roadside Drug Testing

Random roadside drug testing is being rolled out across New Zealand and while it applies to all drivers, it creates new responsibilities for employers – especially where staff drive for work or operate company vehicles. 

It is very important that you provide clear expectations to employees around impairment and fitness to undertake their duties, together with the implications of failing to meet these expectations.
